With over 30 years of experience in software development, software architecture, quality assurance, and project management, my career has taken me from hands-on development to senior management roles – and ultimately to my current position as an independent consultant, trainer, and entrepreneur.
Building on my degree in computer science from TU Berlin, with a focus on artificial intelligence, I have worked in various companies as a developer, architect, quality manager, and team leader. This is complemented by extensive project experience as an external consultant and trainer for numerous organizations across Europe and beyond.
I was also the co-founder and CEO of a company that specialized in recruiting highly qualified professionals in the software sector. This experience further strengthened my skills in coaching, strategic personnel development, and effective team building.
Today, I support organizations as the founder and managing director of ARQ Solutions GmbH, with the goal of sharing practical knowledge, improving processes, and enabling sustainable improvements.
