2.4 Right to sue for the protection of privacy
By way of an action for the protection of your personality pursuant to Art. 28, 28a and 28g-28l of the Civil Code, you may in particular demand that

• a specific disclosure of personal data to third parties is prohibited;
• personal data is deleted or destroyed.
If neither the accuracy nor the inaccuracy of the personal data concerned can be established, you have the right to have a note of dispute added.

In accordance with Art. 28 FADP, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a commonly used format and you have the right to have this data transferred by us to another controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract, the processing is carried out by us using automated procedures and, in addition, there is no restriction on your right to data disclosure or transfer in accordance with Art. 29 I in conjunction with Art. 26 FADP. If you access/use the Zoom website and/or app, you are within Zoom's area of responsibility. You may have to enter the respective Meeting ID and other access data. Zoom may process the following personal data, including outside the European Union (in particular the USA):
• User data: First name, surname, telephone, e-mail address, password (if "single sign-on" is not used), profile picture,
• Meeting metadata: Topic, description, participant IP addresses, device/hardware information
• For recordings: MP4 file of all video, audio and presentation recordings, M4A file of all audio recordings, text file of the online meeting chat
• When dialling in with the telephone: information on the incoming and outgoing call number, country name, start and end time. If necessary, further connection data such as the IP address of the device can be saved.
• Text, audio and video data: You may have the opportunity to use the chat, question or survey functions in an "online meeting". In this respect, the text entries you make are processed in order to display them in the meeting and, if necessary, to log them. In order to enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from the microphone of your end device and from any video camera of the end device will be processed accordingly for the duration of the meeting. You can switch off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time via the Zoom applications.
• Any questions asked by the participants or results of the meeting
Entering your name or a desired pseudonym is a prerequisite for joining a meeting.
No user interests are affected here that outweigh the technical necessity of integrating the tool (Art. 6 I p. 1 f GDPR).
If a meeting is to be recorded, this requires the prior consent of each participant.
If you are registered with Zoom as a user, reports on meetings (meeting metadata, telephone dialling data, questions and answers in webinars, survey function in webinars) can be stored for up to one month at Zoom.

We also use the Sentry.io service of Functional Software, Inc, 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA ("Sentry") to monitor the technical stability of our website and to analyse errors.
Sentry automatically collects information about errors and crashes that occur on our website. This may include technical data such as browser type, operating system and the URL of the affected page and details of the error that occurred.
