The IREB® CPRE Foundation Level course teaches the essential principles of Requirements Engineering. Participants will learn how to systematically elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage requirements. Special emphasis is placed on clear terminology, structured techniques, and practical methods. The course follows the internationally recognized syllabus of the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB®), providing a solid foundation for professionals who want to define and manage requirements effectively in software projects – regardless of industry or development approach (classic or agile). As an accredited course, it fully covers the current syllabus (Version 3.2.0), including all exam topics. To ensure sustainable learning outcomes, the topics are supplemented with numerous practical exercises and additional content Thus, it provides optimal preparation for the certification exam, which can be booked separately through our partner Certible. Included digital materials: Training slides (PDF), exercise materials, certificate of participation, and your notes created during the training. Session+: Reflecting practical implementation (optional, 2 hrs) A good training doesn't end on the last day—it proves itself in practice. That's why, three weeks after course completion, we offer an additional, optional 2-hour online session included in the course fee. Together with your trainer and fellow participants, you’ll reflect on how you've practically applied the learned content in your daily work.
