The CPRE Foundation Level teaches the essential principles of Requirements Engineering. Participants learn how to systematically elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage requirements. Special focus is placed on clear terminology, structured techniques, and practical methods.

This course is based on the internationally recognized syllabus of the IREB® (International Requirements Engineering Board) and provides a structured entry point for anyone looking to define and manage requirements in software projects professionally – regardless of industry or development approach (agile or classical).

​As an accredited course, it fully covers the current syllabus, including all exam topics. To ensure sustainable learning outcomes, the topics are supplemented with numerous practical exercises and additional content  Thus, it provides optimal preparation for the certification exam, which can be booked separately through our partner Certible.

Session+: Reflecting practical implementation (optional, 2 hrs)

A good training doesn't end on the last day—it proves itself in practice. That's why, three weeks after course completion, we offer an additional, optional 2-hour online session included in the course fee. Together with your trainer and fellow participants, you’ll reflect on how you've practically applied the learned content in your daily work. Your specific benefits:
