FAQs
1. What is ARQ Solutions?
ARQ Solutions is a small, expert-driven studio for software architecture, requirements, quality, and communication. We combine consulting and training so that methods don’t stay theory, but actually show up in your daily projects.
2. Who will we be working with?
You work directly with Stephan Christmann – accredited trainer and active consultant. He designs the content, runs the trainings, and supports you from analysis to implementation.
3. What makes ARQ Solutions different from other providers?
We’re not a training factory. We work as a studio: one expert end-to-end, consulting and training combined, and materials built in-house instead of generic slide decks.
4. Which topics and certifications do you cover?
We offer trainings in software architecture, requirements engineering, testing, and communication – including certified courses such as iSAQB® CPSA-F, CPSA-A DDD, IREB® CPRE-F, and selected ISTQB® formats.
5. Who are your trainings and consulting services for?
Typical participants include software architects, developers, product owners, requirements engineers, testers, QA specialists, and technical leads who want more clarity and impact in their projects.
6. How are your trainings delivered?
Our trainings are live & interactive, not pre-recorded. We offer online and on-site formats, often with exercises, discussions, and project-related examples.
7. What is Session+ and why does it matter?
Session+ is our follow-up format that takes place after the course. It helps teams transfer what they’ve learned into real projects, answer questions that arise later, and make learning stick.
8. Do you offer tailored solutions for companies?
Yes. We design custom in-house trainings and consulting packages based on your current situation, systems, and team. Formats, content, and timing are adapted to your needs.
9. In which languages and regions do you work?
We typically work in German and English, with clients in Switzerland and internationally. Many formats can be delivered across time zones via live online sessions.
10. How do we get started?
You can either book a public course directly via the website, or contact us for a short, non-binding conversation about a tailored consulting and training setup for your team.
