Overview: The ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) is the internationally recognized entry-level certification in software testing. The course provides a solid foundation for professional testing in software projects. Content and Learning Objectives: Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of core software testing concepts, including test processes, test levels, test techniques (black-box and white-box), defect types, and the interaction between testing and development. The course explains how tests are systematically planned, prepared, executed, documented, and evaluated. Practical Orientation: All topics are taught with a strong practical focus. The course is suitable both for participants who actively perform testing and for those who collaborate closely with test teams. It establishes a shared understanding of quality and testing within the project context. Certification: The course is fully aligned with the current ISTQB® syllabus and provides targeted preparation for the CTFL certification exam, which can be booked separately. Session+ Reflecting Practice (optional, 2 hrs): A good course does not end on the last training day. Three weeks after course completion, we offer an optional 2-hour online session included in the course price. Together with the trainer and other participants, you reflect on how the learning content has been applied in daily work and how testing practices can be further improved.
